You can enroll your loved one in Acadia Connect through 1 of 3 ways:
  • You can sign the DAYBUE Prescription and Enrollment Form at your doctor’s once before they submit the prescription
  • If you could not sign the Prescription and Enrollment Form, you will need to sign and submit the DAYBUE Patient Consent Form available on this website
  • You can call Acadia Connect at 1-844-737-2223, Monday–Friday, 8 am to 8 pm ET, and a Nurse Care Coordinator will help you enroll in the program
 
 
Our dedicated and experienced support team at Acadia Connect consists of a:
  • Family Support Educator: Provides support by educating you on your loved one’s diagnosis and potential treatment with DAYBUE® or DAYBUE® STIX for oral solution; updating you on insurance coverage; helping you prepare your loved one to start potential treatment; providing you with resources and ongoing support
  • Patient Access Manager: Offers education and support to help your loved one’s doctor with obtaining coverage for DAYBUE or DAYBUE STIX
  • Nurse Care Coordinator: Provides information on financial assistance options and coordinates medication delivery, when needed

Your Patient Access Manager and Nurse Care Coordinator work with your doctor’s staff to help your loved one obtain DAYBUE coverage and provides information on appropriate financial assistance options, if needed and your loved one is eligible.

 
 

Eligible patients with commercial insurance may pay as little as $0 per month for DAYBUE after being automatically enrolled in the Acadia Connect Copay Program.* If you do not have insurance or DAYBUE or DAYBUE STIX is not covered by your insurance plan, we can provide appropriate financial assistance options, such as the Acadia Connect Patient Assistance Program.

*Terms, conditions, and program maximums apply. This program is not open to patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government-funded healthcare program. Not valid where prohibited by law.

If your loved one is enrolled in Acadia Connect and their insurance or address changes, it is important to contact Acadia Connect right away. They will help you understand your loved one's new coverage for DAYBUE, educate you on appropriate financial assistance options, and ensure DAYBUE or DAYBUE STIX is delivered to the correct address.
